We're constantly trying to make the site as easy as possible to use and to give you the options you need to make ordering from us fast and easy.

Below is a summary of each area and an explanation of what you can expect while visiting our website.

 

Shopping Cart

As you add items to the cart you will be able to view the number of items and the value in the "Shopping Cart" in the bottom left of the screen. If you wish to update, delete, add or review your current basket please click on the "Show Cart" and follow the instructions.

The only cost to be added to your cart value is delivery which will be confirmed at "checkout" stage.

Checkout

Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart you will be taken to "Checkout". At this stage you will be able to confirm your request for goods. A full breakdown of all items chosen will be shown at the checkout stage along with a delivery charge.

You have the option of putting any special requirements on your order confirmation, for example delivery instructions. We will endeavour to meet all requirements and will inform our delivery shippers (typically Royal Mail) of any such instructions.

You may, if you wish, still cancel the order at this stage.

 

Payment Options

The following options are available for you to place an order:

1. Online ordering.

Add items to your shopping cart and then when complete go to Checkout and select your payment method (paypal or googlecheckout)

2. Telephone ordering

Call us on 020 3113 5089.

3. Send a Cheque by Post

If you do not wish to make a payment online, we're more than happy to receive payment by cheque or postal order. For this option, please add items to your shopping cart as normal, but on Checkout select payment method of 'Send a Cheque by Post'. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print this out and post to us along with a cheque for the payment amount.

Please note that we will not ship your order until the funds have been cleared, but we will send you notifications to show progress of your order. These will be: order received, funds cleared, order shipped.

 

User Logon / Account Maintenance

This is where we store your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email along with your password for the site. All your personnel details are used only for Party Strings and will not be issued to 3rd parties. Once you have created an account you can update it whenever you wish. Typically you will only update your account if you move address or change your e-mail.

Once your account is open (which takes immediate affect once your details have been entered) the next time you wish to purchase goods you only need to enter your e-mail and password to process orders.

Within Account Maintenance you can also view any past orders you may have made.
