Terms and Conditions

All orders placed with Party Strings are subject to the following terms and Conditions. Continuing with your order means you have read and agree to the following.

Completion of an order form and payment for any goods ordered from Party Strings enters the customer into a contract and provides conclusive evidence that the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.

Party Strings reserve the right to update/amend these terms and conditions at anytime, the customer is bound to any such changes.

Prices

Party Strings reserve the right to adjust the price of products at anytime. All prices displayed on the website are accurate at the date indicated. The price of products will be confirmed at the point of purchase. There will be an additional charge for delivery.

Saturday delivery £12.00 (specifically for orders to be delivered on a Saturday)

Overseas Europe (up to 2kg)             £16.00

Overseas Rest of world (up to 2kg)   £28.00

Delivery of Goods

If for any reasons goods are temporarily or permanently unavailable, the customer will be contacted either by email or telephone and informed of the shortage. The customer will be offered an alternative product, or can amend or cancel the order.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Orders paid by cheque or postal order require clearance of funds before goods will be dispatched.

Delivery is via Royal Mail and subject to their normal terms and conditions. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items delivered outside of the UK as Royal Mail are unable to trace items once they have left the UK.

Party Strings reserve the right to deliver goods in part.

Delivery of goods constitutes fulfilment of order.

Health and Safety

All products sold by Party Strings meet the European Toy Safety Regulations and where appropriate bear the CE mark.

Please note that small items are not suitable for young children. The buyer shall be responsible for supervision at all times. The customer shall be responsible for all regulations in relation to the use of any products purchased from Party Strings.

Cancellation

If the customer is unhappy with the products ordered, in full or part, they can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in good condition and include any promotional products received. Customers must include a covering note explaining reasons for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Party Strings advises customers to use special delivery and that proof of postage is retained. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

Loss or Damage

Party Strings responsibility for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit, is limited to replacement or refunds of the items, at the customer’s choice.

Warranty

Party Strings provides no warranty in respect of the products advertised by Party Strings, which are supplied by independent suppliers to Party Strings.

Privacy Policy

Party Strings are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect information about you in order to process your order, and keep you informed about our products, services and special offers.

We do not disclose or sell our buyers information to any third parties.

Credit Card Security

For all payments made by credit card, Party Strings use a recognised online credit payment agency that have secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected.
